Sandra Postel is Freshwater Fellow of the National Geographic Society, and serves as lead water expert for the Society’s Freshwater Initiative.  She is co-founder and host of National Geographic’s freshwater blog, Water Currents.  Read Sandra’s posts.

Sandra is co-creator of Change the Course, the national freshwater conservation and restoration campaign launched in 2013 by National Geographic, Bonneville Environmental Foundation and Participant Media, and being piloted in the Colorado River Basin.
